Chef Grant Achatz has been submitted to the food culture of a very young age, so it is not surprising that he continued his career in the same field. It ‘grew up watching his parents and grandparents, cook and serve the guests with their family restaurant. He spent an hour inside the restaurant, and eventually found his love for cooking. In fact, he immediately joined the Culinary Institute of America, just finished high school. He knew what he wanted to be and wanted to be one of the best chefs in the world. His skill innovative and unique talent was evident even then. Was preferred in his mentors’, and is distinct in its class.

Always trying to hone his skills, he worked in various restaurants, after completing his degree culinary arts. Eventually, he found himself in the kitchens of the famous French Laundry. He worked with Thomas Keller, who taught many cooking techniques. It was an incredible promise and tremendous skill Keller eventually appointed sous chef at the restaurant. Keller stayed with for four years, but eventually resigned to pursue his culinary exile.
